Common questions

Yes โ€” the card is designed for people who can read Braille (grade 1). If you're unsure whether the recipient knows Braille, we recommend checking with them first. Many blind and visually impaired people learn Braille, but not all.
A5 cards (Blossom and Celebration) support up to 200 characters. The A4 Golden Wishes card supports up to 350 characters. Braille takes more physical space than print, which is why we have this limit โ€” it ensures your message is clearly readable.
Every Braille transcription is reviewed by a certified Braille specialist before embossing. We do use software for the initial transcription, but a human proofreads every single order.
We currently ship to all EU countries, the UK, and Switzerland. Orders are dispatched within 3 business days. Estimated delivery: 2โ€“5 business days within Germany, 4โ€“8 days for international orders.
The Celebration Card A5 includes a small companion card where you can add a printed message for sighted people in the recipient's life. For the other cards, you're welcome to include your own note in the envelope.
