Production time

Every TouchCard is made to order. After you place your order, our Braille specialists transcribe and proofread your message before production. Our typical production time is 2โ€“3 business days.

Shipping costs and delivery times

All shipping prices are already included in the card price โ€” there are no extra shipping fees at checkout.

Total time from order to arrival: typically 4โ€“7 business days for Germany, 7โ€“14 business days for the rest of Europe.

Packaging

Every card ships in a protective rigid mailer to keep the tactile Braille dots intact during transit. The card and envelope are wrapped to prevent moisture damage.

Tracked shipping

All orders include tracked shipping. You will receive a tracking link by email when your card is dispatched.

Right of withdrawal โ€” exempt for personalised cards

Under EU consumer protection law (EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(c)) and German law (ยง312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB), there is no 14-day right of withdrawal for personalised goods.

Because every TouchCard is made to your individual specifications โ€” with a unique Braille message that permanently alters the card and cannot be reversed or resold โ€” the right of withdrawal does not apply to our personalised Braille cards.

You will be clearly informed of this exemption on the product page and at checkout before you complete your order.

Production errors and defects

The withdrawal exemption above applies only to properly delivered personalised goods. If something goes wrong on our side, your normal warranty rights apply:

To report any of the above, please contact us at hello@touchcard.eu within 14 days of receiving your order. Photographs of the issue help us process your claim quickly.

Lost or undelivered packages

If your package has not arrived within the maximum delivery time listed above, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and reship if appropriate.

Address errors

Please check the recipient's delivery address carefully before placing your order. We cannot accept liability for non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a card is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it for a fee covering the additional shipping costs.

Customs and duties (UK orders)

For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, UK VAT (currently 20%) is included in your checkout price. We collect and remit this directly to HMRC, so you will not be charged additional taxes or duties on delivery.
